We offer telehealth consultations for concussion only. This service is designed for patients unable to attend our in person sessions.
As part of your assessment, we will complete your cognitive evaluation using a secure phone application. The app also provides helpful resources and recovery tools to support your rehabilitation between appointments.
Please note that some parts of your assessment require a physical examination and cannot be completed via telehealth.
Telehealth Payment Policy
Payment for telehealth appointments must be made in full before your scheduled consultation. Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation of your appointment and any instructions for accessing your telehealth session
Some of our management can be done via telehealth if you cannot come to the clinic.
Your cognitive assessment will be done via a phone application. This app will give access to resources to help with recovery.
However some assessments will need to be done in the clinic or if you are not in Christchurch via other practitioner.
For telehealth payment need to be made in full before your appointment.
